One Pot Meals

One pot meals can be great alternatives to a 3 course meal. they can be quick, easy, and nutrient dense solutions to slaving over a hot stove to provide a savory meal. Soups, stews, chilis, meatloafs, and even boiled beans can save time, money, and provide more nutritious meal solutions for you, your family, or even restaurant. here is a simple one pot meal recipe (videos to come soon!) that I use very often! feel free to leave feedback or questions.

2 peeled white potatoes (1/4 inch cubes)

1/2 can whole kernel sweet corn

1/2 can peas

other veggies, beans,or greens optional. for picky eaters or varied tastes omit or substitue any of the above

Brown the ground beef, garlic, and onions in your pot, draining the fat when needed

stir often for about 10 minutes or until boiling on medium high heat

add all other veggies along with spices and tomato paste and stir for 25-30 mins, or until all veggies are tender, especially potatoes which are often left al dente. taste every 5-7 minutes until all veggies are done.
